Hello, CheckRa1n is a tethered Jailbreak, so after rebooting you will need to run CheckRa1n app again to "enable" the Jailbreak. Or just don't turn off your device and you should be fine.

Can you elaborate how exactly it does not work? If you are trying to modify a function that only gets called once when the game loads, or when the level loads, then you need to inject your hex code before that happens.

Hello, iOSGods App+ works fine even on a Jailbroken environment, so you shouldn't worry there. I think it is worth it if you like tinkering with your device and finding cool new things to do with it. And learn a few new things along the way. Just make sure to back up before doing anything, and try not to get scammed from the fake Jailbreak sites.
