Hello, You can download the .IPA file and use a sideloading tool like Cydia Impactor or AltStore. Or if you have your own paid Apple Developer Account, you can sideload apps using it and not have to worry about revokes.

I cannot reproduce these crashes you guys are talking about. The cheat is working fine for me on my iPad Pro (2017) on iOS 13 with CheckRa1n Jailbreak.
