Hello, This is what happens with a semi-tethered Jailbreak, which are all Jailbreaks nowadays. You must re-jailbreak every time you reboot. So you have to keep your Unc0ver app signed in order to do so.

Hello, It likely does, but games usually do not ban you for just being Jailbroken. It would prevent you from playing if they detect Jailbreak, or they would simply log that your device is Jailbroken and use this information if there's any suspicion on your account.
