Have you tried reinstalling Sideloadly? And made sure it isn’t being blocked by any other programs. You’re the only one to report this issue, so I’m assuming the issue may be on your end.

The same way you previously signed. Just drag & drop the IPA onto Sideloadly.

Yes, Sideloadly does support Monterey. And only iTunes is needed, not Xcode.

Please make sure the time & date on your PC is correct, and Sideloadly isn't being blocked by any programs on your PC.

Sideload the IPA again. If you use the same Apple ID, it will overwrite.
