I also tried Sideloadly with Microsoft Store version of iTunes and that worked the same as Web version. But everyone is recommending web version so there might be something I don't know.

Dominations has added something that prompts users to update their game even though it is latest already. So we are working on fixing that.

In this case, you should find the AutoTouch .plist where the settings are saved so you can delete it and it will reset your Autotouch configuration to default.

Make sure you have the web version of iTunes installed.
