Yes, it is. To make it even safer, you can use a disposable Apple ID.

It might be an issue with the app itself. Try some others. You would need a Jailbroken device to decrypt apps at this time.

What happens when you try sideloading on iOS 14.6?

It might be due to the forced bundle ID change requirement from Apple.

You are the first to report this issue. So there is a high possibility the issue might be on your end. Unsure at this time.

Have you modified your system in any way? Could something be blocking Sideoadly?
