You need to make sure they're allowed for Sideloadly, not generally.

If you have disabled Sideloadly from accessing system events, then you need to manually launch Mail app before opening Sideloadly.

Hello, Need For Speed No Limits has patched the currency hacks using cheat engines unfortunately. You may find other values to hack, or try to hack currencies indirectly by hacking rewards or something that affects currency.

Hello, Please see this topic as this question seems to be answered: If you are not Jailbroken, you must use the "Apple ID Sideload" option in Sideloadly. Otherwise, you may need to login to the Apple Developer website and see if anything is new there that requires approval on your account.
