We've been hard at work updating our support sections lately and we'd love to share what's new with you!
The user interface has been updated to better match the rest of our community. The support section & topics are now simplified. The old "Mark as Solution" checkmark has now been moved to a button right next to the post controls (quote, reputation, etc.) making it more accessible and visible to users.
When a post is marked as the solution, it highlights it for others to easily find & see the answer to their problem:
The next major improvement is email reminders! We will now send out emails if a support topic has received replies, but does not have a post marked as a solution. Here's an example!
In addition to the above improvements, we're also constantly updating the Frequently Asked Questions topics in the support sections & we updated the other pinned support with better explanations, examples and updated images on how to properly post a support topic.
