If padding doesn't work, try margin.

Do you have iGameGuardian installed? Boot into Safe Mode and continue from there. If everything is okay in Safe Mode then a Cydia Tweak is causing this. You can also run the top command on a Terminal to see which process is running.

That's not supposed to happen. Boot into safe mode and re-check your cydia tweaks as well as your logs.

I'd suggest iCleaner if you can get your Cydia to run.

Soul Seeker hack is actually a Patcher so it does have settings. http://iosgods.com/topic/4458-soul-seeker-123-2/ The reason why you're not seeing them is probably because you don't have PreferenceLoader installed from Cydia. Install it and reboot or respring. Read the FAQ topic in my signature also.

This app is poorly built. Try searching for something on Cydia. I remember a tweak which lets you hide the keyboard by holding the return key. Maybe you can do something via Activator gestures also?
