Hello, You would need to decrypt the IPA, or find a decrypted version online to be able to accomplish this. Decryption is not possible if you're not Jailbroken, and the Decrypted App Store will not help you in this case since the app is paid.

I would say iPad Pro 2017 - 2019. The one that still has the AX bionic chips and you may find them on iOS 13-15 if lucky.
