Deleting the whole file will cause issues with your phone. There are a few tables there responsible for imessage, phone, contacts and some other system stuff. iTunes also backs up this file everytime. Use iFunBox and see if you can get the file onto your desktop. Restoring will unban you but you'll be on 8.3 and 8.3 has changed a few stuff which blocks 3rd party file managers until they update.

I've heard you can externally edit the keychains-2.db and then place it back on your phone. Untested though. Easiest way is if you just restore.

I haven't messed with it a lot but you can set the hex color to #EFEFF4 which makes it the same color as the background in settings.
