Update the game to the latest version.

If this is happening on a Non-Jailbroken iDevice then the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall DomiNations (through GameCenter) and re-install from the App Store. If you still have this issue, try on a different network or even reset network settings.

Uninstall any tweaks or hacks you have for it. Or try playing while you're in Safe mode.
