Except when he tried it, the instructions were to cut the Keychains file to somewhere else or rename it but that's not a very safe thing to do because it can brick your phone although it worked fine for him. You can also give it a try with Filza.

The guy that made this topic which has a similar issue to yours, made a reply to that topic here stating it fixed it for him.
