Have you been banned before or something? Have you tried reinstalling the game? Maybe install xCon also?

If no MobileTerminal then your best bet would be to manually install it via iFile or place the file in the Cydia AutoInstall folder. Saruik's repo contaning Cydia and the others: http://apt.saurik.com/cydia/debs/
