Don't think it's because of the hack. You can uninstall it to be sure. The unlimited buildings cheat is known to cause crashes on the game. Try the app while in Safe Mode also.

Not sure. Never played the game. It depends on where the chapters are saved. Check to see if the hack files overwrites any chapter files. And whether chapters are unlocked or not might be in the hacked save file.

Doing to the walls the same thing I did to the buildings worked for me and KingCown himself. Nobody is dodging the question, if I would, I wouldn't even bother replying to you. If that way doesn't work for you, there's no other way that we know of currently.

@ Thanks for sharing. I've removed hidden content from Images and removed the default image. Also, I suggest you use the updated template since it includes iOS 8.3+ instructions.
