Download the .deb on PC and using iFunbox, place them in the Cydia AutoInstall option then reboot your iPad. Install Apple afile Conduit 2 if you haven't already.

MC5 is account based so it won't unban your account. Log out of Facebook and Game Center so you can create a new account.
