I have TaiG Uicache installed on my 8.3. Upon updating the TainG 8.1.3-8.x, I was never asked to remove that package. Removing it might cause issues since it's an "Essential Package". You should either Forcibly Clear or restore and re-jailbreak with the new TaiG Jailbreak tool. Either way, make a full iTunes Backup.

And all these issues are happening on your iPad 2?

Do you have any TaiG Uicache pacakge? Did you update the TaiG package or Jailbreak using the latest Taig tool?

No, it won't auto update itself. You can only update it manually.

What do you think would go wrong if you remove that package? If the new Pangu 8.1.3 - 8.x Untether Pacakge wants it removed then you should remove it.

Which iPhone are you using? These connection losses can either be because of your Wi-Fi or because of your RAM.

And Social Duplicator 2 or Slices. If those don't work, see if you can remove Real Racing 3's table in Keychains-2.db just like Gameloft games.
