Run this command in MobileTerminal to list all files which are > 500MB and their location so you can find where Popcorn Time saves the movie files: find . -size +500M - Check Popcorn Time settings too. There has to be an option to clear the files it has downloaded. iCleaner Pro should help also. ^^

You should also scan your system using ADWCleaner and Malwarebytes. Some malicious extentions reinstall themselves on the next reboot.
