Yes, you cannot downgrade to an older version of iOS 8 either. You're always stuck on the latest version of iOS unless Apple is signing older versions which currently isn't.

You can't upgrade to 7.1.2. You are forced to go on 8.3 - the latest iOS Version.

I don't see how this is going to work. How many users actually have YouTube channels related to iOSGods? You can only choose one rank as your primary rank. Both of them cannot show at the same time. Why would we need more than we already have? If you give me a good one and a reason behind adding it, we might. Yes, a lot have suggested this. It's nice, we might add it but I think it's better to keep things simple.

Bundle Filter, you need to get it from your app. It's inside the Info.plist which goes something like this: com.company.gamename

Check your bundle ID. That's usually a mistake new people make.

Close everything which could be using dpkg.

Close Cydia from multitasking and try again. If you still get the error, close everything except iFile from Multitasking then try installing the .deb again.
