Your laptop can't seem to be finding the Wi-Fi from your router. Try changing the broadcasting channels in your router settings or just connect them via an Ethernet cable.

Let me know if anyone else has more of his/her favorite sites.

This isn't possible using any recording tools from Cydia AFAIK. You will need to use an external cable to transfer the audio to your PC and capture it from there. Not sure if screen mirroring apps transfer audio also? Like Reflector or X-Mirage. You can find them in Tools section.
