VPN doesn't unban your iCloud account, it probably unbans your IP. Or maybe connection errors from your router to Gameloft servers since when using a VPN, you're connecting to Gameloft via the VPN server.

Uninstall it or boot into Safe Mode temporarily while you purchase legitimately. It should be disabled while in Safe Mode.

There's another program like this which is nice to use but it doesn't have all the functions Teamviewer has. It's a simple one.
