Since iOS 8.4 has the revamped Apple Music the file might have been moved or removed completely. Have you tried searching for it using Filza/iFile?

Clitch cracked apps will not work on 8.4. If you're not on 8.4, boot into Safe Mode and see if it crashes there.

You can do this with a postinst and a prerm. You'll need to know some Bash language though.

Try MoreSiri tweak from Cydia.

Try installing via iFile. Make sure it finishes with result code 0 and make sure you have PreferenceLoader installed.
