You're missing commands which are needed to build on windows. I don't think you can build on Windows, I've never tried to.

Remove anything inside the documents folder before copying over the hacked files. Once you copy over the save game, set permissions to 777 to all the files you just copied.

Well, you tried this in Safe Mode so it can't be a tweak, right?

Sounds like a router issue. Try changing your password, maybe others are using it?

Yeah, Safe Mode disables all your tweaks. That's why I told you to go in there because a tweak might be causing this.
