You probably need to run it as administrator. Try that.

You need to hook the correct class. Not every game has the same class/delegate for the popup.

VPN doesn't unban your iCloud account, it probably unbans your IP. Or maybe connection errors from your router to Gameloft servers since when using a VPN, you're connecting to Gameloft via the VPN server.
