This usually happens when the permissions of the files are incorrect. If the permissions are incorrect then the app cannot write the changes to the files. Yes, that's probably the issue. I just installed the current version 1.9 and it installed fine without any issues. Glad you were able to solve it.

The error is self-explanatory. The image link must end with a valid image extension to be able to embed it.

Before we try anything else, try reinstalling the SetupTheos.deb again from the original topic. I believe you have iFile or Filza installed?

Ah, I see what's the issue. Yes, that package is the cause of this issue and to fix this, you will need to: Go to /var/lib/dpkg/info And delete the "com.iosgods.setuptheos*" files. Close and re-open Cydia to check afterwards. - @@KingRalph Should be notified about this issue also.
