I think you should leave all options as default in msdisabler and uninstall it for now. If the cheat is working for everyone else, it should be working for you also unless you have something on your device which is conflicting with it.

Just go in there at first and then we'll tell you how to go back. Safe Mode - as the name says itself, disables all tweaks and addons. There's a possibility something related to Jailbreak is causing this or it could be a hardware issue.
