That is "3K Assistant" - the Chinese pirate app store like AppCake. It installs with the new TaiG Jailbreak if you tick the option to do so. You can safely removed it using Cydia if you don't need it or use it.

Don't install hacks from repos. Most hacks come from here, iOSGods. And people may modify them and inject malicious code. If you're going to use a cheat, use ones from iOSGods and you'll be safe.

Is there a rotation tweak on Cydia which can force rotate any app? Maybe that can help with Speed Master?
