Make sure you have Cydia Substrate and PreferenceLoader installed. And do a full uninstall and re-install of the cheat. Turn it on it settings also.

This usually happens when the permissions of the files are incorrect. If the permissions are incorrect then the app cannot write the changes to the files. The error is self-explanatory. The image link must end with a valid image extension to be able to embed it.
