Please be more specific on your first post next time so we can help you with the information you give us. - The issue is present with most/all JulioVerne apps and a fix for this is to close CrackTool (even from multitasking) and then turn your iPad in Portrait Mode and open CrackTool again.

You need a smaller image in size, not in dimensions.
