There isn't really. You can't browse files like you could on iOS 7. There's a little workaround like Castix mentioned by enabling file sharing or something.

If there are no files in /Data/Application, check /Bundle/Application also since I noticed some old apps still keep things together in one place like iOS 7.

To prevent this from happening again, don't cheat or at least don't abuse the cheats.

I think this is how Nexon/BHG bans people. By resetting their Medals to 0 and preventing from joining any alliances which is kind of the whole point of the game. Either that or the game is bugged because other game companies like Gameloft, prevent you from accessing their app completely. There is a tutorial in Tutorials section on how to reset your DomiNations account by JustinPet26. Give that a try.
