It's no different from Other Cheats. An account falls under the "Other Cheats" category since they have an app on the app store. At least here it's more controlled and organized. And a lot have been asking for it. There's also a requirement set which means the accounts will last longer and since these last longer, less clutter with new account topics which usually lasted maximum a day on the other section.
