Search iOSGods for DomiNations Global hack, this hack won't work for you.

This is DomiNations ASIA not GLOBAL.

Easier fix: Uninstall Cydia Substrate and reinstall it. Then start installing packages from official repos only, and install hacks from iOSGods forum.

Global & Asia, not a lot of differences.

Since you can install them offline also, the IPA must be stored somewhere, so you'll have to keep looking.

It doesn't recognise them because they're already cracked.

Hey, I believe they may not want you to find them so the IPAs probably get removed after installation has finished. Since you're Jailbroken, can you crack them using Clutch or Rasticrac?
