There are actually none so far. There are iTunes backup browsers, but that's about it. You can't modify the backups or restore individual files like iBackupBot does.

It's the Japanese version specifically. Make sure the hack's bundle ID and your app's bundle ID matches.

Can you uninstall Cydia Substrate again? You shouldn't have this lag. Which iDevice are you using?
