Also getting this so it's obviously a repo.

Remove some Cydia sources and try again.

Try rebooting and then refresh Cydia again?

You need Apple File Conduit "2" from Cydia and using iFunBox, you will need to go to: /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/. And find the app you're trying to hack there. @@Gandalf
