If you achieved 1 million followers using follow4follow apps then Instagram might suspend your account. 1 Million isn't a little and it's not like any person can achieve that much unless they're celebrities. So Instagram will start suspecting.

Are you sure the app was cracked before thinning the binary? And also, thinning the binary doesn't guarantee the hack will work. Most hacks need to be updated for iOS 9.

Thinning the binary might be necessary for SOME hacks, not all. But since iOS 9, most hacks need updating to support it.
