You cannot get ARMv7 on iOS 9 from Clutch if your device is ARM64. And vice versa. You will need for someone else to crack it for you or check AppCake and others. This might change in the future.

What you're explaining is from an old .deb. Try re-downloading it again and install it. Remove previous versions of the hack. And also, which iOS version are you on?
