  1. No, that doesn't support app folders which have a different binary name and .app name.
  2. Yeah, you probably did. You would need to supply a cracked, thinned binary for ARM64 users to make it work for them.

  7. No, backups won't downgrade your iOS version. My suggestion would be to do a full iTunes Backup on your PC right now and then restore and jailbreak then restore from backup.
