The hack has been updated. Just a few finishing touches and it will hopefully be released this weekend.

Flex or simply hooking headers are for both x32 & x64 as long as you have ARCHS = armv7 arm64 in your Makefile. Code injection needs both x32 & x64 offsets. Or, just find x32 and use autolipo in tools.

You're out of options right now since your Cydia doesn't work and neither do any tweaks. Although according to that tutorial, you might not need the full filesystem access. Just place it somewhere inside your device if you can.
