You can do what Diversityy suggested. Make sure you crack the IPA first.

As long as you have a download manager installed from Cydia then download links work with Safari. iFile seems to work also.

You need to modify writeData to support x64 bit offsets.

It didn't just stop working. It stopped working when you updated your Cydia Substrate. Downgrade your Cydia Substrate, it apparently is causing issues with hacks.

Try vshare, appcake, tongbu, 25pp etc. If you can't find it there, it probably doesn't exist.
