Go to a shop where they sell laptops and buy one from there and also look at their prices. If you want to fix the issue of it shutting down like mentioned in the first post, a service shop might be able to determine the problem.

Sorry but I couldn't help but laugh at the autocorrect on this topic. Install LocalIAPStore from system.in-appstore.com repo and try it. Also try to quickly turn on airplane mode when clicking cancel if it doesn't work the usual way.
