You're not supposed to thin the binary. The one in the iOS 9 folder is already good to go. You just have to apply it.

They crash, right? Try installing Crash Reporter from Cydia.

This issue used to exist before and it was fixed by removing some troublesome features.

Are you developing the tweaks or are you simply using someone else's tweak?

You should look for someone on the same iOS Version as you are? Although not sure if that matters and I'm not sure if sending you my file will fix anything anyways..
