Just tested on iOS 8.4 ARM64. Works fine with LocalIAPStore enabled and pressing cancel on the apple id password popuo. "Generate Custom Receipt" option is off.

Awesome! It works fine for me. You two are the only ones who complained. When you click the download now button, the download starts then it depends on your internet connection on how long you have to wait. Since there's no GUI by default to see the download's progress then you will just have to wait until it finished. For me, it takes 3 seconds. All good.

Updated! Fixed a small non-critical thing with the tweak.xm layout.

Time to restore and hopefully rejailbreak. You can't do anything without Cydia working or without any file explorers which have access to the file system.

The author seems like he doesn't want to help so if you can't get it to work, use alternative hacks.

In Cydia. Do you have iFile or anything?

You're missing this file: /var/lib/dpkg/status Without that, your Cydia will be empty. Can you try reinstalling the Cydia deb? Or use Cydia Impactor and then re-jailbreak?
