Re-backup using iTunes and make sure it's a local backup and the "encrypt backup" option is turned off. Then run iBackupBot as an Administrator and try again.

Hello, iTunes restore is the only way for now. But your issue might get solved if you boot into Safe Mode. Tried that? Then you can use Cydia Impactor which can restore your iDevice without upgrading iOS versions. -
Wait. Do you have xCon installed? That for some reason blocked the game from showing the chat. Also, if that doesn't help then contacting Dominations support is what you should do.
