I see where the problem is. Made a stupid mistake when updating the hack. Guess it happens when you update stuff at 4AM. Will fix it now and take the time to find something new.

The hack only works on Global One Piece Thousand Storm. It seems like you're trying to install it on Japan.

Just realized that some App Stores have a different app data for this game. This hack only targets the one downloaded from USA. The one who has the same Bundle ID as on the first post.
