The first server is in France and the old one is in the UK. Check your PM please.

Just tested on my iPhone. It takes ~7 - 10 seconds to connect but it's working fine.

It's working fine for everyone else. I don't see why it shouldn't for you? Try authenticating after opening FFRK. Leave the authentication option off in Wi-Fi settings. And make sure you type everything correctly. You're on iOS, right?
