No, rename the .app folder inside to dungeonkeeper.app and then reinstall the hack. Then rename the folder back to it's previous name and go inside the folder and replace the new binary with the original one.

Go to /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application and find the name of dungeonkeeper.app folder, is it different?

The hack was made for USA version of Dungeon Keeper.
