Install the IPA using iTunes on PC then crack it using Rasticrac.

Your binary only has ARM64 available. Use ARM Little Endian as Processor. To get both ARCHS download the IPA using iTunes then crack on device since you're on iOS 9.

Some bots will discontinue, others will start. It'll never end until Niantic actually blocks the bots from functionining. Legal actions isn't a permanent solution.

If it's a PC mod, you can't run it on iOS.
