You should get out of recovery mode and backup.

Get the files from the output of dpkg -L PackageID, place them into a folder named "test": Inside test would be: Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/somefile.dylib /Library/PreferenceBundles/SomeFolder.bundle Then type in dpkg -b test to make the deb. You will also need to make the control file inside the DEBIAN folder which will also be inside the test folder.

Now grab every file listed, including the folders, place them all as they are and then just make it into a deb.

Type in dpkg -l To list all your installed packages and their name/ID. Then type in: dpkg -L PackageName/ID To list all of the package files.

You can't. It doesn't store them anywhere after deleting it. However, you can list all the files the deb extracted so you can re-create it.

Use a Windows program to kick it out of recovery mode so you can boot into Safe Mode.
