Yeah, Pangu probably installed it locally. It shouldn't matter as long as it's official and it works. You can try installing it from Saurik's repo. The "Cydia Installer" package. But if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

uasharedtools is used by UnlimApps ++ Tweaks. It does get updated by a lot.

Try removing AppCake and XmodGames & Gameplayer.
