    Because ViP tend to complain more if they get banned. ;p Both have a ban risk, however. Just that you have to let ViPs know before they purchase ViP.

    The file is 2GB if I recall, so it might take 30 minutes as you say. If not longer depending on your device and PC.

    Try installing a cracked IPA instead of from the App Store.

    I also think it has to do with which Apple ID you used to sideload.
