You can't convert them. Recording them isn't worth it. There's a Spotify/Deezer downloader in Tools section. Give that a try.

Malwarebytes is good and works. But it's like a secondary AV. Something you can install along AVG, ESET, Avast, etc.

That's what I mean, use your brain as an antivirus and stay away from untrusted stuff so you can get your internet working again.
