Ok - so it is installed but not showing up on my home menu that the application has been installed, it shows up in Cydia installed but can’t see where to launch...unless im missing something lol and tweak and preference loader is installed as well -

And to add what troubleshooting I've done 9.43 impactor = used revoke and it comes up with 0 revoked certifications then I open 9.44 impactor, install an app (marvel strike force) and gives me the You already have a current IOS development certificate or a pending certificate request. I have confirmed 2 way auth is off via the apple website as well.
