Those apps, mostly were PREVIOUSLY applications as well. Tetherme, Localiapstore, etc CANNOT be made into applications, because they DIRECTLY ACCESS ROOT. If you cant use root access, those apps cant do anything. Meanwhile, modifying applications to run without jailbreak can be done by modifying their IPA, which is then installed as a normal app, like one from app store. For example, every game we hack isnt using anything new which the game doesnt already have, we just build upon the existing framework OF the APP itself
